Development Sites

At Savage Silk we have advised numerous Landowners in the granting of options, entering into conditional contracts and ultimately disposal of their land whilst ensuring that the land they have retained is protected and preserved for future use.

We also act for Developers in their acquisition of sites, through to them securing planning permission and negotiating proposed section 106 agreements to our clients then eventually commencing and completing their proposed development – to allow an end user take up occupation.
