HIGHLIGHTS

We acted on the sale of a company that runs a childrens nursery for in excess of £1.5m. In addition to advising the sellers in respect of the various legal aspects of the business to achieve the sale, it was also necessary to consider the impact of Covid-19 and still transact swiftly despite the country being in partial lockdown.
We have acted for a national reputable food manufacturing company in restructuring their finance and debt arrangements to allow them to further grow and prosper in a very competitive market.
Our team has assisted a national training provider in reviewing and updating their service and framework agreements which are fundamental to their business. Particular care and understanding was required in order to ensure that the client is able to continue to deliver with high standards to their customers safe in the knowledge that their arrangements with their suppliers would fully support them in doing so.
We have acted for numerous clients in the obtaining of development funding to enable them to carry out their ambitious projects on their sites. Whilst ensuring that this was achieved as quickly as possible in order for them to unlock their opportunities, we advised them diligently as to the security that would be taken by the lender to allow them to make the best commercial decision for them.
