Savage Silk is a trading style for the multi-disciplinary legal practice comprising SSH Group Holding Company Limited (incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 11622197 and is registered at The Core, Bath Lane, Newcastle Helix, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 5TF), including its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings together known as the Group or Savage Silk.  The regulated entities that carry our regulated legal activity are separate and distinct law firms.

Savage Silk’s lawyers are subject to regulation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

The provision of services to clients is set out and defined in the letter of engagement and terms of business, which are entered into between the specific Group company and the client(s).  No Group company has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind another Group company and nor is it responsible for any act or omission another Group company unless this is specifically set out and agreed in writing. 

Savage Silk’s aim is to give the best possible service.  If, for whatever reason, you are concerned about the service you have received then in the first instance you should contact the person who is dealing with your matter to raise your concerns.  They will do their best to try and resolve your concerns in the first instance.  However, if you would like to make a formal complaint then you can read our complaints policies: Savage Silk 

All forms of communication with a Group company may be monitored or recorded.  The purpose of this is the assist and/or improve the training of our people or improve our services.
